The company was registered with the Norwegian Company Register on the 17th April 1996 and approved by The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway on the 10th June, 1996.
EMS Insurance Brokers was until 1 February 2007 known as Polaris Insurance Brokers, but is now part of Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (EMS), a global network of knowledge and experience offering a full range of shipping related products and services throughout the world.
